Refund Policy

At Maryna Walls, we care about doing things thoughtfully — for you and for the planet. That's why every order is printed on demand, just for you. No overstock, no waste — just beautiful wallpaper made with intention.


A Note Before You Order

Since every order is printed on demand and custom-made just for you, we highly recommend ordering a sample first to verify the color in your space before committing to a full order. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, and wall surface.

We also recommend carefully calculating the number of panels you need before placing your order. Because each batch is printed individually, slight color variances between separate orders are possible. To ensure a seamless look, it's always best to order all your panels at once. 🤍


All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of each order, all sales are final. Every panel is made specifically to your dimensions, so please triple-check your measurements before placing your order. Maryna Walls is not responsible for returns or refunds due to incorrect measurements purchased.


Cancellations

We understand that things happen! Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase only. After that, your order goes into production and we are unable to make any changes.


Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged during shipping or have a manufacturing defect. If this applies to your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging via our Contact Us page — we'll do everything we can to make it right! 

If your return is approved, please ensure your wallpaper is packed with the same care it was received — wrapped securely to protect it during transit. If it was shipped in a tube, please send it back in the same tube. Returns that do not arrive in their original condition will be rejected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. If it's still not there, contact your credit card company or bank — processing times can vary. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, reach out to us via our Contact Us page and we'll be happy to look into it!


Adding Panels to an Existing Order

Need to add panels to match a previous order? Please include your original order number and a detailed description of the panels needed in the notes at checkout. Please note that slight color variances between orders processed at different times are possible and are not grounds for a return or exchange.


Lost, Stolen or Damaged in Transit

Once your order is shipped and a tracking number is provided, responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages lies with the shipping provider. We will do our best to assist you, but please know this is outside of our control.
